The ordering of events in the course is deliberate, knowing experiential learning permits the deeper lessons and discoveries of the remainder of the course to be better understood, integrated and retained.
What’s the Format for the Advanced and CSP Programmes?
We Use two-weekly cycles to help you and your colleagues develop new patterns of behaviour. Fixed-length iterations allow you to decide the goal(s) to achieve each cycle and the feedback you desire to achieve them.
The programme is largely built around supporting you to advance in your own working environment. You have greater control over your learning and improvement and can ask for support whenever and however you choose.
The programme is also largely experiential, giving the added benefit you are very likely to identify your own individual learning preferences and needs as you progress at your own rate through the programme and participate in the group sessions.
