Endorsed by Scrum Alliance®, the Advanced CSM from Holistic Agility is a significant step towards greater skills, abilities, and experience as a Scrum Master. Only the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP®) certification lies beyond.
We have two Master coaches and educators to coach, facilitate and mentor you to attain the Advanced CSM® certificate.
The Advanced level credential provides a guided path through practical competence to highly capable and confident Scrum Master.
While most agile roles require a Scrum Alliance® introductory level credential (CSM® or CSPO®), having an Advanced credential will help highlight your experience and capabilities to potential employers and colleagues.
How does the programme work?
The programme is comprised of four sessions, each of two hours duration. There is one session per week.
The programme is also largely experiential, giving the added benefit you are very likely to identify your own individual learning preferences and needs as you progress at your own rate through the programme and participate in the group sessions.
Programme Guides and Coaches
Stuart Turner is the originator of the unique, fun and highly informative (and much copied) Scrum simulation using balloons. One of very few courses that uses a simulation early on the first day, intentionally giving everyone a fidelitous experience of using Scrum and a shared context on which to build. The ordering of events in the course in deliberate, knowing experiential learning permits the deeper lessons and discoveries of the remainder of the course to be better understood, integrated and retained.
Victor is an organisational coach and the founder of Visionary Agility, an professional coaching practice based in Singapore. A Scrum Alliance and Open Leadership Network (OLN) Guide, Victor provides coaching for companies seeking to reinvent themselves and to amplify the talent of their people. This gives them the best chance of excelling in their respective business environments.
